About Joel Hargrave

I build frameworks that help people think clearly about the future. Not with hype, fear, or blind optimism, but with reason, ethics, and deliberate living. My work lives at the intersection of technology, philosophy, and human identity.

My background doesn’t fit a single category, and I’ve come to believe that’s exactly the point.

I started college in engineering before earning a BS in Marketing and Logistics from Indiana University and an MBA from Ball State. I spent fifteen years teaching at the college level across multiple disciplines including automotive technology, business, and welding, translating complex technical material for people who needed to actually use it. I hold an ASE Master Certification and have spent decades in business systems, sales, and operations solving real problems in real organizations.

I’m also a musician, a content producer, and someone who has spent years at the intersection of philosophy and practical living, studying Stoicism, empiricism, and what it actually means to construct a meaningful life in turbulent times.

That convergence of technical depth, business experience, teaching, and philosophical inquiry is what Grave Vision Media is built on.

The questions we face right now about AI, identity, automation, and what it means to remain fully human don’t belong to any single discipline. They require someone willing to stand at the intersection of all of them.

I don’t claim to have all the answers. What I have is a lifetime of thinking across boundaries and a belief that clarity, discipline, and honest inquiry are still the best tools we have.

If that’s the kind of thinking you’re looking for, you’re in the right place.
